FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Every answer below is self-contained — read one, get one answer. Something missing? hello@theklipsy.com.

Do I need to appear on camera?

No. Klipsy builds faceless videos from templates using stock footage, AI voiceover and captions — and for image and text posts, no footage is needed at all. Nothing in the finished post identifies you.

Can Klipsy automate more than video?

Yes. Klipsy templates cover three formats: faceless videos, image + text posts (quote cards, carousels, branded graphics), and plain text posts or threads. Mix formats in one automation and send each to the platforms that fit.

Which platforms are supported?

TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and X. Klipsy publishes through each platform's official API and reads views, likes, comments, shares and clicks back into one dashboard.

Does Klipsy track image and text posts too?

Yes. Every format is tracked the same way: views or impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves and link clicks land against the exact post that earned them — video, image and text alike, per post and per platform.

How does scheduling work?

You wire a template to a scheduler block on the automation canvas and pick a cadence, for example daily at 09:00. Klipsy generates and publishes each post automatically until you pause the automation.

Who owns the content?

You do. Every post Klipsy generates for your account — video, image or text — belongs to you, and you can download the source files at any time.

Can I review posts before they go live?

Yes. Any automation can run in review mode, which queues finished posts as drafts until you approve them. Approved posts publish at the next scheduled slot.

How many channels can I run?

As many as your plan allows. Each connected account gets its own automations, templates and metrics, so channels never share content by accident.

What happens if a platform rejects a post?

Klipsy retries with backoff and flags the failure in your dashboard with the platform's reason. Nothing else in the queue is blocked.

Can I bring my own footage and voice?

Yes. Templates accept your own clips, images, music and cloned or recorded voice tracks. AI fills whatever you leave empty.
